Ledridge Real Estate has been in continuous operation in Breckinridge County since October of 1976. As a second-generation real estate broker Roger Ledridge began his career in January 1970 under the training and supervision of his father. Six and a half years later he returned to his native Kentucky to start his own business. His father, Paul Ledridge, retired in 1988 after a 36 year career that started in South Florida and expanded to North Carolina.

Millie Bratcher started her real estate career working part time for the first eleven years. She made the decision to become a full time agent in 2001.
